Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Returns Due to Product Issues (Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item) If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs. Please contact us with photos within 30 days. We will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping.
2. Returns Due to Change of Mind (Subjective Reasons)
If you are not satisfied for any other reason (size, color, style, etc.), you may return the item for a refund. However:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
Return Process
- Contact us at service@kaimeihome.com within 30 days with your order number and reason.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item back.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns on used, washed, or damaged items (except manufacturing defects).
- All returns must include original tags and packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
